TJ's Rentals - Rental Policies
At TJ’s Rentals, safety and customer satisfaction are our top priorities. Please review the following policies carefully before your rental date:
Equipment Provided
TJ’s Rentals will supply:
- The bounce house
- An appropriate extension cord
- A tarp for placement under the bounce house
Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must ensure that there is adequate space available for the bounce house setup.
- The rental site must be free of hazards, including fire sources, sharp objects, overhead obstructions, or any unsafe areas.
- The area must be flat, clean, and accessible for setup.
Safety Rules
- No shoes are allowed while using the bounce house.
- No food, drinks, gum, or sharp objects are permitted inside the bounce house at any time.
- Adult supervision is required at all times while the bounce house is in use.
Rain & Weather Policy
Rentals may be rescheduled due to rain or inclement weather as long as notice is provided at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled rental time.
Same-day cancellations due to weather are handled on a case-by-case basis.
